My LCD for Sonos app is displaying "No PLAYBAR". What should I do?
Please make sure that your iOS device is connected to the same WiFi network as the one you use to control your Sonos PLAYBAR. You can verify this by installing the official Sonos app on your iOS device, and confirming that you can control the PLAYBAR using the official Sonos app.
My Sonos PLAYBAR updated its firmware and now LCD for Sonos is not working. What should I do?
Please touch the center of the iPod/iPad display to trigger an extra refresh. LCD for Sonos should then resume automatically tracking your PLAYBAR's status.
Will the LCD for Sonos app work with other Sonos products besides the PLAYBAR?
No. LCD for Sonos works only with the Sonos PLAYBAR.
